Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellation or rescheduling. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service amount. This policy allows us the opportunity to offer the appointment time to another guest and helps us protect the schedules of our service providers. Membership clients are subject to the same cancellation policy.
